RD Real Estate Debt Fund II LP provides investors with access to an actively-managed, diversified portfolio of acquisition loans, construction loans, and refinancings for commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate projects, with a focus on the Northeast.

The Fund seeks to provide annual net returns of 10 – 12%, and targets annual distributions of ~8%, distributed quarterly.

About Sean Kelly-Rand
Sean Kelly-Rand is a Managing Partner of RD Advisors, and is responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities, structuring transactions, as well as managing the Firm’s institutional relationships. He started his career at Lehman Brothers, where he was responsible for the underwriting and syndication of over $3 billion worth of real estate debt and bridge equity positions. He holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and an MA and BA in Economics from Boston University
