Access our recorded webinar with Sean Kelly-Rand where he discusses leveraging private real estate credit to earn attractive yields
RD Real Estate Debt Fund II LP provides investors with access to an actively-managed, diversified portfolio of acquisition loans, construction loans, and refinancings for commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate projects, with a focus on the Northeast.
We covered the how real estate debt provides strong income generation, the main features of the fund, including how RD Advisors specializes in the Boston market and has a unique sourcing platform that differentiates them from other private credit funds.
In times of turmoil, investors have historically turned to bonds for security in a balanced portfolio. Given the low interest rate environment over the past few years, many are increasingly turning to private real estate debt, which is believed to provide significantly higher yields than many other forms of credit.
The Fund seeks to provide annual net returns of 10 – 12%, and targets annual distributions of ~8%, distributed quarterly.
